Refund Policy

Stratovance Advisory is committed to providing high-quality advisory services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

  1. Scope of Services – Our services are consultative and include business process optimization, workflow improvement, productivity enhancement, and best practices advisory. All services are provided on a project basis as agreed in a separate engagement letter.
  2. No Guarantee of Specific Results – We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results. Our recommendations are based on analysis and professional judgment, but actual results may vary depending on implementation and other factors beyond our control.
  3. Fee Structure – Fees for services are outlined in the engagement letter or proposal provided to the client. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed.
  4. Cancellation by Client – If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has commenced, they may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
  5. Refunds for Incomplete Projects – If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client will be billed for the portion of work completed at the hourly rate agreed in the engagement letter. Any remaining deposit will be refunded.
  6. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables – If a client is dissatisfied with the final deliverables, we will work with them to make reasonable revisions at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
  7. Refund Requests – All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address. We will review the request and respond within 14 business days.
  8. No Refunds for Advisory Sessions – Fees for one-time advisory sessions or workshops are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If a session is cancelled by the client with at least 48 hours' notice, the fee may be applied to a future session.
  9. Force Majeure – If we are unable to complete a project due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, illness), we will offer a prorated refund for any work not yet completed.
  10. Refund Processing – Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and will be issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any fees imposed by banks or payment processors.
  11. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be addressed through direct communication. If not resolved, the dispute will be handled according to the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
  12. Non-Transferability – Refunds are non-transferable and apply only to the original client who purchased the services.
  13. Changes to This Policy – We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
  14. Governing Law – This refund policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  15. Entire Agreement – This policy together with the engagement letter constitutes the entire agreement regarding refunds and supersedes any prior understandings.
  16. Acknowledgment – By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy and agree to its terms.
